While our products are built to last, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. Our Limited Warranty is intended to cover specific manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use, offering you peace of mind with every purchase.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our Limited Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for orders purchased directly from our website or showroom in Las Vegas, Nevada. The warranty period begins once the order is delivered and received in full by the customer. Coverage applies only to issues falling within the scope of this policy and is void under the conditions outlined in the Exclusions section.

LEATHER CARE, REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
Customers are responsible for properly maintaining their leather furniture to ensure longevity. We recommend using only professional-grade leather care products. Using incorrect or abrasive products may void the warranty. Due to the natural variation in leather grain, texture, and color, we do not guarantee a perfect color or texture match on repaired or replaced parts.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does NOT cover:

Exposure to heat, sunlight, artificial lighting, or outdoor conditions

Improper placement or storage

Incorrect assembly or disassembly

Burn marks, ash residue, or damage from smoking

Standard wear and tear

Peeling, wrinkling, pilling, or seam issues

Discoloration, fading, or staining from improper cleaning

Cushion softening or loss of firmness

Pet damage or scratches

Structural damage due to misuse or accidents

Modifications or alterations by owner

Freight or in-transit damage (see below)

Aesthetic concerns such as size, color, or design preference

Acts of nature (flood, earthquake, etc.)

FREIGHT & DELIVERY DAMAGE
Damage incurred during shipping or delivery is not covered under this warranty. Customers must submit a claim form within 48 hours of receiving their order for resolution. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. See our Claim Policy for further details.

Warranty issues are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you believe your issue qualifies under this policy, please reach out to our customer service team. All valid claims will be assessed individually, and resolutions may include repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the specific case.
