LV FURNITURE COLLECTION RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. ABOUT OUR POLICY At LV Furniture Collection, we are committed to ensuring our customers have a premium shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in line with our Return Policy (“Policy”). Customers are responsible for the entire return process, including the steps, procedures, and any applicable fees outlined in this Policy. Orders returned to our Las Vegas, Nevada, warehouse with damaged or missing items will incur additional charges, deducted from the refund. Orders with existing claims (such as damage during delivery) are subject to further charges if additional issues arise during the Return Process. Any items returned in a condition other than their original, unused state (including rips, tears, marks, scratches, stains, or odors) will incur charges. Refunds will be issued only after a complete inspection of each returned item at our warehouse, less the applicable fees.

  2. POLICY DETAILS

    A. Key Points

    • Returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date.
    • The return timeline starts from the date of delivery.
    • In addition to return shipping, restocking, and other fees, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns or refused shipments (including drop-ship orders).*
    • Items must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging. A $200 repackaging fee may apply for inadequately packaged returns.
    • Special (Made-to-Order / Custom) orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or canceled once the order has been confirmed or processed.
    • Special orders cannot be exchanged or returned
    • As-is products (floor models, clearance, and "Final Sale" items) and individual pieces from an order (such as chairs, tables, etc.) are not returnable or exchangeable.

    C. Showroom (Local) Order Returns and Exchanges
    For local showroom purchases, please refer to the terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase. Any inquiries related to returns or exchanges must be handled by a showroom representative.

  3. RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

    A. Return Steps
    All returns must be confirmed via email before proceeding to Step 2 of the return process.

    B. Refund Process
    Once a returned item is received, our warehouse team will inspect the packaging and product. If the item is not in its original condition, applicable fees will be charged. The inspection and refund process generally takes 3–5 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse, though this may vary. To check the status of your return, please contact us directly.

  4. CANCELLATIONS

    A. Restrictions
    Special orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit to our warehouse, the Port of Long Beach, a carrier’s terminal, or the customer’s address. Cancellations are irreversible and may result in fees if not requested within the allotted cancellation period (See 'Cancellation Timeline'). LV Furniture Collection will not provide refunds due to delivery delays caused by reasons beyond our control, including manufacturer scheduling conflicts, customs clearance, or severe weather.
