LICENSE AGREEMENT & GENERAL TERMS OF USAGE

A. ABOUT TERMS
Please carefully review all details of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use" or "Terms") in their entirety. By interacting with or purchasing from LV Furniture Collection ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") through the Company’s Website ("Website") or Las Vegas, Nevada, showroom ("Showroom"), whether online or in-store (in-stock) items, all users ("User(s)," "Representative(s)," "Agent(s)," "Contractor(s)," "Affiliate(s)," "Employee(s)," or "Staff") fully understand and acknowledge the policies and procedures ("Policy" or collectively, "Policies") set forth herein. These Terms contain details of an agreement ("Agreement"), which the customer (the "Customer(s)," "You," or "Your") shall accept upon initial, continual, and postliminary utilization of the Website by viewing and inputting personal data, browsing Company’s products ("Product(s)") and Policies, and purchasing Company’s Products as part of Company’s services ("Services").

B. LICENSE GRANT
By utilizing Our Services, You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable, and personal limited license to access and use these Services per the Terms of this Agreement. Usage does not grant You ownership interest and does not allow You to determine Company’s Services, Policies, modifications to Product specifications or prices, resolution processes, or any other changes or amendments to Company’s Terms.

C. LIMITATION ON USE
By using the Website or other Company properties, You affirm that You are of legal age to enter into this Agreement for which You abide by these Terms. If You are using any Website or Company properties on behalf of an organization or another entity, You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of Yourself and such organization, affirming that You have the legal capacity to bind the organization to this Agreement. The Terms remain in effect until Customers complete usage of the Website’s Services and finalize transactions or purchases from Company’s Website or Showroom. Obligatory Terms remain in effect post-usage, including but not limited to: Electronic Communication; Copyright, Trademark, and Compliance; Severability; Applicable Law; and Indemnity. You agree not to use the Website to transmit abusive, libelous, unlawful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, publish, or otherwise use the Website or its contents for unauthorized purposes. Violation of these Terms may result in the immediate suspension of Services and possible legal consequences.
ORDERS & PURCHASES

A. KEY ORDER POINTS
To ensure complete satisfaction with Your purchase, we encourage Customers to review these Terms for details on furniture sizes, colors, and other product information prior to finalizing purchases. The full order process ("Order(s)," "Process," "Manufacturing," or "Shipping") commences when You select and place an order. You agree to follow Company’s Process, including all payment points determined by Company, in accordance with these Terms and Company’s Policies. Prices may fluctuate depending on seasonal factors, promotions, product changes, or other considerations. Information posted on Company’s Website is subject to change without notice.

B. PRODUCT SIZES & DIMENSIONS
Ensure that all entry points through which furniture will be delivered are measured prior to placing an order. This includes confirming measurements for doors, hallways, stairwells, and other access points. More details on product sizes and dimensions are available on the Website or by contacting a Company Representative.

C. PRODUCT COLORS & SPECIFICATIONS
While every effort is made to provide accurate images of our products, variations in color and appearance may occur due to factors like monitor settings, lighting conditions, and surrounding decor. LV Furniture Collection is not responsible for minor color or dimension discrepancies.

D. COMFORT PREFERENCE & LEATHER QUALITY
Customers may choose to customize their furniture with top-grain leather or other materials. Please review product specifications carefully for details on leather placement and cushion options.

E. ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & VERIFICATION DETAILS
To maintain a secure shopping environment, LV Furniture Collection may require additional verification of customer information. This process includes confirming identification via video call or photo submission. Customers have five (5) calendar days to provide any requested information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or cancellation of the order.

F. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide accurate information during the order process, including contact and delivery details. LV Furniture Collection is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or outdated information. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

G. RETURNS

Returns are accepted within fifteen (15) calendar days for in-stock orders from the delivery date.
Special (Made-to-Order / Custom) orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the order has been confirmed or processed.

The Customer is responsible for the entire return process. (See Our Return Policy for more details.)

H. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused deliveries or shipments are not permitted once an order has been shipped or scheduled for delivery.
If a Customer refuses a shipment, the Customer will be responsible for all resulting costs, including but not limited to original shipping costs, return shipping, handling fees, and applicable restocking fees.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION & GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE

A. GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE
All information must be sent via email to properly process any cancellations, modifications, updates, or other order details. By providing Your email address, You consent to receive communication regarding Your order and promotions, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

B. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Confidential Information includes Customer data, correspondence, and sensitive information about orders. Both parties agree not to disclose Confidential Information, except as necessary to fulfill orders or comply with legal requirements.

C. YOUR ACCOUNT
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account.
COPYRIGHT
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS & EXPORT CONTROL LAWS
Access to Company’s Website and services is subject to U.S. export control laws and local laws in the Customer’s place of residence.
TRADEMARKS
Company’s trademarks, logos, and service names are protected by trademark laws.
APPLICABLE LAW
By purchasing from LV Furniture Collection, You agree that the laws of the State of Nevada, specifically Clark County District, will govern these Terms and any disputes that arise.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.
PAYMENT & FEES

A. PARTIAL PAYMENTS & STORAGE FEES
Remaining balances from partial payments must be settled before delivery. Orders stored for more than thirty (30) days will incur storage fees.

B. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are subject to change.

C. CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellations may incur fees based on the cancellation timeline.

D. LATE PAYMENTS
A 3% monthly fee will apply to unpaid balances after thirty (30) days.

E. CREDITS
Store credit may be issued in place of monetary refunds and can be used for future purchases.

F. PRICE CHANGES
LV Furniture Collection reserves the right to modify product prices and fees.
INDEMNITY & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LV Furniture Collection from claims arising out of violations of these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Nevada.
